SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to the large number of orders and the impact of the Covid Pandemic, we are experiencing slower than usual delivery times. We appreciate your patience. Orders to the USA/Canada have been impacted with delays more than other countries during this time. We hope for things to get back to normal in the near future. 

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

  • Yes - we ship worldwide. Cost is pending on your location and the charges will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping Times

  • USA: 15 - 25 days (Current Situation Will Delay 20-30 days)
  • 5-13 days - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand
  • 20-35 days - Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, UK, Australia, New Zealand
  • 20-40 days to Other Countries

 

Processing Times

  • Please note that we require 2 to 4 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it from our overseas fulfillment center. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
  • When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
  • If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. For example: when shipping arrives at your country, the local postal office takes over from there and we have no control over delivery time after that. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

COVID-19 has impacted shipping and logistics globally. We appreciate your patience.

Wrong Shipping Address

If this happens to you, email us at support@mobi-desk.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

 

Customs And Borders

Customers are responsible for any and all duties/taxes/customs charges incurred when the package(s) arrive at the destination country.
